With the augmented reality mural by Bond Truluv, Hagen shows how art and culture can be used in urban spaces: participatory and interactive!

A new work by the artist Bond Truluv is now on display in Hagen. The work is located in the city centre on the historic Johanniskirchplatz and was created in collaboration with children from the local kindergarten, among others. The mural shows a goldfish within the abstract world of lines that is characteristic of Bond’s style. The many different layers of the artwork can be awakened place to a three-dimensional image by viewing the wall through the smartphone with apps such as ArtiVive.

Bond’s Goldfish in Hagen stands for domesticity, harmony and prosperity.

The client of the mural is the municipal housing association HaGeWe, which uses this work to promote participatory and interactive art and culture projects in Hagen’s urban space.
