YOUR TASKS
- Project management and coordination: planning, organization and realization of murals, exhibitions and events
- Internal and external project communication
- Budgeting and controlling
- Resource and personnel planning
- Preparation of briefings, meetings and schedules
- Coordination with account management
- You obtain quotations and coordinate with trades and partners
- You plan and coordinate appointments
- You create presentations and concepts
- Project-specific research work
- You do general office work
QUALIFICATION and SKILLS
- You have professional experience in creative organizations (e.g. agencies, cultural businesses, independent projects)
- Hands-on mentality
- Craftsmanship
- Cool head when things get stressful
- You recognize tasks
- Structured thinking and acting on your own responsibility
- Fluent German and English
- You are a multitasker and can coordinate several things at the same time
- Tactful implementation of projects within deadlines
- You have a creative eye
- High level of creativity, flexibility, motivation & passion
NICE TO HAVE
- No fear of heights
- Skills in using software such as: Adobe programs (PS,ID,IL, Premiere, After Effects) or similar design software
- Experience working with artists and studios
- Knowledge of the contemporary urban art world
MUST HAVE
- Class B driver’s license
